Delivery Policy

Standard UK delivery

Standard delivery costs £2.95 to eligible mainland UK addresses.

Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery to eligible mainland UK addresses. Free delivery is not available on orders where a promotional discount has been applied.

Other delivery areas

Different delivery charges may apply to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and other offshore or remote locations. Charges depend on the delivery address, parcel size and weight.

Any applicable delivery charge will be confirmed before payment. If delivery is unavailable for your address at checkout, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Standard delivery normally takes between 1 and 2 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. 

If an item is unavailable or dispatch is delayed, we will contact you with an update and explain your options, including cancellation and a refund.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

We will investigate with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding

Safe-place delivery

If you request delivery to a safe place, please choose a secure, weather-protected location. If there is a problem with your delivery, contact us so we can investigate. Safe-place instructions do not remove your statutory rights.

Changing your delivery address

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been dispatched.
